But in my opinion, I think the ones that were really crazy are the ones that Old West historians don't always talk about such as Cherokee Bill, Ned Christie, and Rufus Buck. Those guys were lost causes. When think about it, their psychosis is just as bad as that of a modern day serial killer. Now they may not be the Son of Sam or Ted Bundy, but they get the job done when it comes to killing. And most of our Old West gunmen lack empathy. Some show little to no remorse. And then you have those that don't care when or even if they die. That says something there. Would I be afraid of them? You're damn right I would. I'm glad they never became my friends. Who wants a friend like that? In conclusion, the moral of the story is be careful who you trust. Because you never know when one of them might draw a .45 and blast ya.
