Who is Tom Correa?

My photo
Tom Correa
Glencoe, CA, United States
About me? Well, I'm married to my wonderful wife Deanna. We live in the California Sierra Nevada foothills. I'm originally from Hawaii, of Portuguese ancestry, Catholic, and a proud Politically Incorrect Conservative. I'm a Calaveras County Sheriff's Volunteer and a member of the Marine Corps League. I became a U.S. Marine at age 17 and it's still in my blood more than 50 years later. You can blame my cowboy ways on growing up on my Grandfather's ranch in Kunia on Oahu. And while injuries have slowed me down some, I haven't sold my horse or my saddle yet. As for my writing style? I write the same as if we're talking over a cup of coffee. I write about horses, firearms, Cowboy values, Conservatism, current events, and American History with a focus on the Old West. I try to produce factual articles. And no, I'm not a fan of secondhand information, or baseless speculation and conjecture. I don't care for writers who make claims that aren't true, or make assumptions and inferences about historical characters and events without definitive evidence to support them. And yes, in case you're wondering, I really enjoy investigating various topics and doing my own research. It's fun.
