Obama's Commissars & The United States Air Force

Just for the record, I'm old enough to remember learning about the horrors of Communism as a youngster in school.

Of course my time as a United States Marine, especially as an Instructor, definitely furthered my education when it came to that pathetic political ideology of slavery. And no, there is no limits to my personal hatred of Communism.

Like many in the military back in years gone by, I've seen Communism and its horrid supporters up close and personal. While some Communist sympathizer who happens to be an University professor expounds about the virtues of the "Collective" to students like a young Barack Obama, many of us were in America's military taking the Communist to task.

In Communist nations, the "political commissar" is basically a "political officer." So that free thought and religion are no where to be found in the former Communist countries, these "political monitors" are everywhere.

Remember recently when the Obama administration wanted to put "political monitors" in television newsrooms, that's the same as the Communist Party does in Communist nations. Yes, besides newsrooms, Communist nations have "political commissars" or simply "commissars" in factories, warehouses, hospitals, and everywhere in society, including their military.

The Communist Chinese today considered their commissars "Second Commanders," the same as in the armed forces of other Communist nations.

Back in the days of the Soviet Union, Commissars were seen as "rats" and "spies." In the former Soviet Union, "political commissars" were found everywhere in Soviet life for the 70 years of the Soviet Union's existence. They were "government monitors" to make sure everyone towed the Communist line.

They were everywhere. They spied on everyone. They were a constant threat. And yes, their reports to the Communist Party chiefs completely ruined lives and sent many to "political re-education camps". They were, in fact, the supervisory political officers responsible for the political education.

Yes, they were the supervisors responsible for the Communist ideology of that organization -- and it didn't matter if it were a civilian business, a news room, or the military. They were committed to the Communist Party and its ideological control of their nation, especially the military.
In Communist China today, as for their use of "political commissars" all of the above applies to them, even including having them in elementary schools -- the exact same way as the Obama administration uses the Department of Education's "Common Core" as an indoctrination of American children.

Historically, the "commissaire politique" (political commissary) first appeared in the French Revolution (1789–99). He was supposedly there to guard the "revolution" against contrasting thoughts and actions of those in power.

Contrasting thoughts and actions, even if they were based on solid principles, were not tolerated. And yes, freedom and liberty were seen as threats.

Sound familiar? Well it should, that's where "Political Correctness" started.

Since the United States has regularly refuted the Communist Doctrine, which says that people should be slaves of the state and that religion is harmful to all of mankind, we have prospered and are free to work and pray as hard and freely as we want to.

With the election of President Obama, I believe, yes it's just my opinion, that America elected its first Muslim Communist President. I base my opinions on what he has done in office, including what he has done to our military.

It is apparent that Obama has "Political Commissars" in today's America. We can find "Political Commissars" in the EPA, the IRS, the USDA, the Department of State, the Department of Education, the Department of Justice, in the FBI, at Homeland Security, in High Schools and Colleges, and of course in the Armed Forces of the United States.

Yes, those folks at the EPA, the IRS, the Department of Education, at High Schools, in Colleges and Universities, and within Homeland Security and the FBI, who are pushing the political desires of Obama's Socialist Communist ideology are his Political Commissars.

The United States Air Force has these Political Commissars. If they did not, then why bow down to Political Correctness and deny Christian personnel their Religious Freedoms?

The First Amendment of the Constitution states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Most everyone in our Armed Forces, and those who we the people have elected to office, take this oath:

"I, (state your name), do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

(Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

So now, where in the First Amendment does it say that personnel in any of our Armed Forces is exempt, forbidden, or prohibited from the free exercise thereof of their religion?

No where! That's right, no where does it say that a person who has sworn to defend the Constitution of the United States should be forbidden from exercising his or her Constitutional Rights - especially their First Amendment Rights!

So why is it that every few months, we are presented with more and more evidence coming from our armed forces, and in particular the U.S. Air Force, that anti-Christian prosecution is the norm these days?

What's going on? Well, the Political Commissars at the Air Force Academy are angry that someone posted a bible verse on a message board.

They, and an anti-Christian group, are claiming that the simple existence of the bible verse creates a "hostile environment" at the Academy.

Folks, if our Air Force cadets consider a bible verse as creating a "hostile environment" -- what will they do in the face of a determined Muslim jihadist?

But please don't make the mistake of seeing this as a problem with our Air Force cadets as these anti-Christians are trying to make it look like, it's not. The small bit of motivation on a board meant for such things is now being used against Christians in the military, and the cadet is targeted, so what is this all about?

Please read this, than ask yourself why the United States Air Force Academy "political police" feel so threatened "politically" by this?

Yes, "Politically!"

Friends, make no mistake about what has been taking place, this is all part of President Obama's Anti-Christian push in America's military. And yes, just like the jerkweeds who ran the Communist Regime of the former Soviet Union -- there are "Political Commissars" in place to make sure Obama's Communist ideology is in place in our military.
The Communist group enjoying such freedom as to order every small symbol of Christianity from the armed forces is a no good low down group of atheist snakes called the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

Why call them names? Well, I hate anyone who would deprive another American of his or her Constitutional Rights. And don't kid yourself, these people are after depriving others of just that.

And yes, I figure that they are Communists because like the Communist Party -- they are Atheists against religious freedom in society, especially our armed forces.

They seem to ignore that we are in fact a nation that was founded by those running from religious persecution. And yes, though 95% of our troops identify themselves as Christians, this anti-Christian group targets Christians in our military on a regular basis.

And now, now they have taken aim at the cadet at the Air Force Academy. These Atheists are upset about the posted Bible verse on the personal whiteboard outside that cadet's dorm room.

As you can see by the picture above, the cadet posted,  Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ therefore I no longer live but Christ lives in me.”

The pathetic anti-Christian group known as Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), which of course gets a lot of money from other Obama supporter, were alerted quickly because they claimed they had received complaints from cadets and faculty and also staff who said they were offended the Bible verse was posted on the cadet’s whiteboard.

Obama's Political Commissars at Work

The MRFF’s director claimed the simple existence of the bible verse created a "hostile environment" at the Academy. He called in a complaint and in just over two hours the cadet’s whiteboard had been scrubbed of the verse.

Talk about an over-reaction to a simple bible verse, an MRFF statement read, "[The message] massively poured fundamentalist Christian gasoline on an already raging out-of-control conflagration of fundamentalist Christian tyranny, exceptionalism, and supremacy at USAFA."

MRFF's atheist director Weinstein said the removal is not good enough, however. MRFF's Mikey Weinstein "wants" the cadet – and any officer or officers who ignored the verse – to be punished for "misconduct."

Yes, Weinstein "wants," yes he "wants," the cadet to face discipline along with those in the chain of command over him for violation of the Constitution.

Did you catch that? This atheist jerkweed feels that the cadet violated the Constitution by exercising his or her Constitutional Rights. How exactly does that work?

The idea that the atheist is trying to spin into acceptance is this: The cadet has no rights to exercise his religion because that cadet is in the military.

That's right, the ass thinks that because you are in the military that that inself makes you a part of the government - and the Communist jerk believes that that means that as a part of our government that you are not entitled to your Constitutional Rights in the Bill of Rights.

So basically he is saying that if you or I work for the government in  any capacity, that you and I are not entitled to your Constitutional Rights in the Bill of Rights! Yes, he's talking about everyone who works for the government in any capacity -- civil service employee, military, a government contractor, you name it.

Folks, as asinine as it it to believe, this is the same backwards argument that the Obama Administration is now using to ban our troops from practicing their Christianity.

The Obama Administration is arguing that since they are "employed" by the government, that "they cannot be religious."

Besides the fact that this is part of what brought down the Soviet Union, their adherence to atheism and denying their people the right of religious observances, Americans should not put up with this.

Now, please understand that there is a part of me that would like to get every Christian out there to not join the military for six months.

Yes, I would love to see a Christian Boycott of the military for just six months just to show the military that America's armed forces are still primarily made up of Christians.

There is that other part of me that says Christians should not allow Obama and his co-horts like Nancy Pelosi, and the like, to win by discouraging Christian enlistment.

While an Academy spokesman said that the Bible verse did not violate Air Force regulations, I am concerned about the anti-Christian attitude going on at the Academy.

Fact - the verse didn’t violate Air Force regulations or the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). And yes, one Christian group of attorneys also said it makes no sense why the Air Force would violate the cadet’s religious freedoms to cater to anti-Christian extremist Mikey Weinstein and his organization.

The Restore Military Religious Freedom Coalition comprised of 24 groups led by the Family Research Council and including legal groups such as Alliance Defending Freedom, Liberty Counsel, the Liberty Institute and Thomas More Law Center, announced that they stand ready to offer assistance to any Air Force Academy cadet who faces repercussions for writing a Bible verse on a hallway whiteboard that has been designated by the Academy for both official and personal use.

While Obama's Political Commissars are on the attack, cadets are mounting a counter-attack!

Retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, stated, "Once the academy allowed cadets to use these whiteboards for their personal use, censorship of religious commentary is unacceptable. Either the Air Force is very confused about the Constitution of the United States or they don't really believe in the liberties that are provided by that document."

In contrast, Lt. Col. Denise Cooper agreed with MRFF's atheist agenda by calling the display "wrong" and suggesting that the Academy use the complaint as "a teachable moment."

Could Lt. Col. Denise Cooper be Obama's Political Commissar at the U.S. Air Force Academy? I hope not!

And what was the "teachable moment" you ask? Well the cadet at the Air Force Academy decided to give both Cooper, Weinstein, the MRFF, and the Obama administration a "teachable moment" of their own.

Last Wednesday, March 12th, reports surfaced that Air Force cadets are protesting the censorship by writing Bible verses on other campus whiteboards everywhere. They are making themselves an example to everyone who feels helpless in the face of persecution.

Fact is, no matter where you are - when you're deprived of your rights, stand up to the bullies and refuse to take it!

Governor Rick Perry told Conservatives at the CPAC Convention last week, "It's time for a little rebellion [in America]."

At the Air Force Academy a campus-wide rebellion has started -- against the forces of Political Correctness. Angered by the Air Force Academy's decision to scrub the Bible verse, cadets decided to take matters into their own hands.

In a show of defiance to the Political Correctness that has taken over the Academy in recent years, Bible verses have started popping up on dry erase boards throughout the dorms.

And yes, don't mistake the enemy's reaction – it has outraged the anti-Christian so-called "tolerance" police at the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

Scriptures from Philippians 4 to Psalm 28 started appearing up and down dorm hallways on whiteboards -- a stealth operation to counter the growing culture of religious oppression at the Academy.

"This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands," read one. "This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel."

A few cadets even quoted from the Quran, just to give the display a little multi-faith color.

Not surprisingly, the Foundation kicked into panic mode, firing off emails to Academy Superintendent Lt. Gen. Michelle Johnson with pictures of the "offensive" messages scrawled on hallway boards.

"Congratulations, Michelle!!" Mikey Weinstein fumed, "now you have a revolt on your hands... What are you going to do about this? Will you enforce the [Air Force Code] and the United States Constitution ...or will you merely give your usual spineless lip service to it and conveniently look the other way? ...Hmmm... let me guess... see you in court."

So, since when is the standard of what's Constitutional based on what offends someone else?  It's decisions like these that are creating cowards in place of the proud warriors of the U.S. military.

All these cadets have done is freely exercised the Constitutional Rights -- rights that they themselves will be defending.

Even the Pentagon, after prodding from groups like FRC, agreed through a new directive that the religious expression of service members like these should be protected.

Last year, the Restore Military Religious Freedom Coalition launched a website, militaryfreedom.org, to support the religious liberties of America's men and women in uniform.

Several members of the Restore Military Religious Freedom Coalition released the following statements in support of the cadets and religious liberty:

"This reflects that the cadets understand the Constitution, and they have a greater faith in the Constitution than their leaders. They are freely exercising their constitutional rights that they will be defending upon graduation," said retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, Family Research Council's executive vice president.

Michael Berry, Liberty Institute's senior counsel and director of Military Affairs, added:

"This is a blatant violation of Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 1300.17 and the Constitution. But the Air Force seems to think that AFI 1-1's neutrality towards religion requirement means forbidding religious freedom. If that's true, then I suggest the Air Force officials read DODI 1300.17, which supersedes AFI 1-1 and guarantees religious freedom for all service members."

"Suppressing religion is wrong whether it is done behind an Iron Curtain or in a dorm hallway. Certainly such raw anti-religious discrimination has no place in America's Air Force," noted Gary McCaleb, chief solicitor and executive vice president for Strategy Implementation at Alliance Defending Freedom.

Mathew Staver, Liberty Counsel chairman, said: "This latest incident at the United States Air Force Academy reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of religious freedom. Not only is the notion that cadets have to abandon or hide their faith as a requisite of military service not supported by law, it is actually discriminatory to brave men and women of faith that desire to serve their country."

Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel,Thomas More Law Center, concluded:

"From the Revolutionary War to the present day, military leaders have understood that in times of danger and death, no physical courage can sustain the soldier other than Divine help. This understanding prompted Article 6 of the military Code of Conduct, which emphasizes a soldier's personal responsibilities for his actions and trust in God.

"Thus, the actions of the Air Force to restrict this cadet's free speech and the free exercise of religion because it offends some, is not only unconstitutional, but conflicts with the military's own understanding of the importance of religion to our military men and women placed in harm's way."

The actions of the Air Force to restrict this cadet's free speech and the free exercise of religion is in direct conflict with their sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution. They do not take an oath to support Communism, or it's ideology of government imposed atheism through Political Correctness.

And yes, that's just the way I see it.

  1. This seems to focus more on the Air Force then the actual Commissars themselves I find. You did have a good point with the possibility of a revolt though.
