Keeping It Simple -- Communists and the ACLU

By Terry McGahey

Has anyone ever wondered where the American Civil Liberties Union came from?

This organization began in 1920 and its founder was a man by the name of Roger Baldwin, a devout Communist by the man's own admission.

Below is the statement by the ACLU:

"The ACLU is our nation's guardian of liberty, working daily in courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the constitution and laws of the United States guarantees everyone in this country."

Now, that sounds really good doesn't it? But lets look at what Roger Baldwin's vision was.

He said: "I am for Socialism, disarmament, and ultimately for abolishing the state itself, I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and the sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal."

In 1931, there was a special house committee sanctioned by Congress to investigate Communist activity on the part of the ACLU.

Their report reads as such:

"The American Civil Liberties Union is closely affiliated with the Communist movement in the United States, and fully ninety percent of its efforts are on behalf of Communists who have come into conflict with the law. It claims to stand for free speech, free press and free assembly, but it is quite apparent that the main function of the ACLU is an attempt to protect the Communists."

In essence the ACLU was designed by a Communist to use our own laws and our Constitution against us by distorting the actual meanings of such, that's why I like the term "word twisting attorneys".

They have taken our sacred document which was written in plain English, then using the twisting of a word or the meaning of, by adding a word, to suit them and their cause. This is what attorneys do, and it has worsened over the years since attorneys took lessons from the ACLU. That's just my opinion.

Just to give you one example of how the ACLU works in a nutshell.

The separation of church and state was originally written so our governments, weather federal or state, could not promote one chosen religion. That's not the end all and be all of it but my simple way of breaking it down.

The ACLU by twisting things out of context turned it into, no religious articles or praying on federal or state owned, or run facilities. That's just a basic explanation on my part, but I am sure you get the point.

Think about what the ACLU has done up to now, then lets look at another group, the Muslims.

Through the same basic tactics as well as the use of political correctness these people are doing the same things but just slightly different, and I believe they learned it from the ACLU agenda.

As I am writing this article, in or near Irving, Texas, the Muslims have set up a court of their own in that area. Yes, a Muslim court set up in our country,

How disgusting is this, that nothing has been done about this by our federal government or even the state government of Texas.

Most Texans like to say, "Everything's big in Texas", if that's the case Texans, get off your butts and do something about this before it grows bigger than your Texas phrase.

Do you remember 1836? You folks need to start writing letters and protesting if necessary to turn this Muslim court into their Alamo!

  1. It seems to me that communism is almost everywhere these days. You try naming a country or continent where there HASN'T been any. Go ahead, I'll wait. Time's up. My answer is China and Russia. More like Not Made In The USA if you ask me. And another thing, yep, you guessed it, Get your own Doritos. As always, Benny.
